Shipping & Returns
Delivery costs:
1. If you order more then one chalk-protection-appliance, the delivery is for free. Otherwise the delivery costs are 9,80 € incl. 19% purchase tax.
Delivery conditions:
1. We deliver to Germany, Spain, France, Austria and Denmark
2. We deliver with the german delivery service DHL or Hermes Versand.
3. We deliver 2 - 3 workdays after receipt of payment
4. After receipt of payment, the customer gets a confirmation by e-mail with the date of delivery
5. The customer can choose the day of delivers (Mon - Fri) by email or on the phone. One day after ordering at least.
6. The customer has to accept the goods after delivery.
7. If we cannot deliver a good, we are supposed to refuse the delivery. We will inform about later date of delivery. We deliver while the stocks last. All in €.
